Meet Hal
Hal Wright, BSN, RN, LNC, is the owner, Lead consultant and coordinator of Hal Wright Legal Nurse Consultants, LLC. After graduating with his associate degree in nursing from the College of Central Florida, he began his career caring for acute care patients, going on to receive his Bachelor of Nursing Science from Grand Canyon University. Hal has a vast amount of knowledge in intensive care, including trauma, cardiovascular, surgical, and medical, also specializing in evaluating and monitoring surgical implants and supplies.
Qualifications
Having worked in leadership roles for most of his career, he understands the intricacy and knowledge needed to monitor and coordinate care for these patients, as well as team growth and development.
He has been involved in policy development, as well as operationalizing and scaling many processes for improvement, compliance and safety.
He has assisted in improving the standard of care to increase efficiency and compliance for nursing staff and physicians while adhering to national compliance standards set forth by JACHO, OSHA, and AHCA.
